These terms apply when you use ultrafiberssolution.com and to any guidance or assistance given by Ultra Fibers Solution (“Ultra Fibers Solution”, “we”, “us”). Using the website or asking for our assistance means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

Ultra Fibers Solution is an independent third-party service assistance provider. We are not an internet service provider, and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any internet, cable, telecom or streaming service provider.

We give general guidance and informational support about internet, broadband, Wi-Fi and cable TV services. That can include helping you understand common terms and options, work out questions to put to a provider, and plan next steps.

We do not supply internet, cable or streaming service. We do not sell subscriptions, and we do not act as any provider’s customer support. Any plan, equipment or service you choose is arranged directly between you and the provider.

Our assistance carries a service fee. It is separate from, and in addition to, anything your provider charges you, and your provider’s billing is not altered by our assistance. We will tell you the fee for your request before you agree to go ahead, and we charge it only with your agreement.

Refund requests can be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase, depending on the type of assistance provided. Eligibility depends on factors such as the service type and whether assistance has already been delivered. Please read the Refund Policy for the full details.

• Give us accurate information so we can help you properly.
• Do not share your provider account passwords, PINs, full card numbers or Social Security numbers with us.
• Remember that you stay the customer of your provider and are responsible for your agreements and payments with them.
• Make your own decisions. Our guidance is general and does not replace the provider’s own terms and information.

Our guidance is informational and rests on general knowledge. Because we do not operate any provider’s network or equipment, we cannot guarantee that a problem will be fixed, that a particular option will be available at your address, or that a provider will offer any specific speed, price or term. Availability, speeds, equipment and terms depend on the provider and your location.

Any provider or brand name that appears on the website or in our conversations is there only to describe a topic. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. A mention is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a sign of partnership.

Please use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with it, send spam or malicious code, pose as another person, or use it to gather information about other people.

To the fullest extent the law permits, Ultra Fibers Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses that come from a provider’s actions, services, equipment or charges. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the assistance in question. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that the law does not allow to be limited.

The text, design and images on this website belong to Ultra Fibers Solution or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use, but please do not copy or republish the content without permission.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ultra Fibers Solution is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
